Cute and classy black and white polka dot dress from LOFT. Size 6 Petite. Approximate flare measurements are: 17 1/2” armpit to armpit 15 1/2” across waist 34” shoulder to hem 19” waist to hem 109% polyester. Material does not have stretch. Elastic ruffle detail trim on neck and sleeves. New w/o tags. Runs larger than a typical size 6: I am a size 8 and this fits me, albeit snug because of the material.
