LOFT pretty blue floral flare dress

Really pretty fit and flare dress from Loft. Has a light blue and black floral pattern that resembles cheetah spots. Removeable tie at waist. Back single button closire at neckline. Made of very soft rayon and tencel, making this a comfortable and forgiving dress for less formal events where you need a nice outfit. Or put it with a fun blazer and flats for a night out! Never worn.
