These beautiful pieces are entirely hand painted. This elegant and noble pattern is Cobalt Net and is one of their most popular patterns. The painter Anna Yatskevich created this pattern in 1951 and since that time the Cobalt Net pattern has been in a production line at the Imperial Factory. It is so vibrant and beautiful! These cups are the smaller size and are in the Tulip style, made for espresso and coffee. 2 cups and saucers.
It has the red LFZ monogram export backstamp with red "Made in Russia" used from 1991 to 2002.
All of my listed Russian Porcelain was purchased in 2001 directly from the Factory in Russia. I had planned on opening a tearoom and having this amazing porcelain available. But the tearoom never opened and every piece has been in storage since purchasing (22 years ago). All pieces are authentic Russian porcelain.
The pieces are all unused, in new condition, no chips, marks, nits etc. The pieces are new and not copies (which the factory started making in 2005). Most pieces are discontinued and some are very rare. I have seen that the factory is selling through Amazon for some of their pieces. Just be aware that those pieces are copies of the originals. You can tell the copy pieces by the Blue Mark on the bottom, which was put on pieces made after 2005.
Embellished with 22-karat gold. Hand wash is recommended.
