LONG BLACK DRESS SKIRT WITH PASSIMENTERIE TRIM SILVER BUTTONS SIZE M 25" WAIST

An elegant pencil style skirt with beautiful raised passimenterie decoration on the bottom half of the front. There is no fabric content label, but it feels like a polyester blend. It is fully lined and buttons down the front, with a front slit. It is tagged 'medium', but the waist is 25" so take this into consideration. The measurements (measured flat) are below. It is in excellent, like-new condition, and very pretty. It is a long midi length; I'm 5'8" and it comes about 5" above the ankle. Dry clean only.
