Beautiful halter dress with a blue top with soft inset pads. There are 4 wooden beads in the front on the ties, and its lightly gathered just around the back for extra room and comfort. It has A Flower print most the way down the dress with about 12 inches of blue on the bottom which matches the top. Truly lovely colors! 💗💙🖤💚❤️🔶

From pit to pit across the bust 19' and stretched is 25".. from under the breast to the floor is 46".. the dress has lots of stretch and plenty of room if needed in the breast area!!!thank you
