LOOKS LIKE RAIN Vintage 90s Futuristic Yellow/Translucent Vinyl Raincoat sz L

This is an amazing vintage raincoat that belonged to my mother. She almost never wore it, it needs to be taken out and shown off! Kinda fetish-y, heavy duty translucent vinyl over layer with a yellow fabric under layer. Huge outside pockets, pearly white snaps, polo style collar, and extra long sleeves. No hood. Can roll up the sleeves to show off the yellow fabric lining. In impeccable condition, 3/4 length, would fit over a suit or a dress or other clothes.
