You can use your fingers to move it along and it does still work but is missing as seen in pics minor peeling on the outside pocket and inside pocket as these vintage purses are known for loose stitch on the side- doesn't affect wear 🚨PLEASE ask all questions before purchasing🚨 *REASONABLE OFFERS WELCOMED*
