SET OF 6 FRENCH PORCELAIN, SCALLOPED CANAPE / APPETIZER / SALADE PLATES
BY
CREATION LOUIS LOURIOUX FRANCE
BERRY HAUTE PORCELAINE.

All the plates are marked on the back by L Lourioux France.
"Louis Lourioux
Born: April 4, 1874, Saint-Laurent, in the Berry region of Central France.
Died: September 6, 1930 in Foëcy, France.
Beginning his activity with Art nouveau at its climax, Louis Lourioux first draws his inspiration from the animal and vegetal worlds.
The pottery of Lourioux opened in 1901 and was closed or bought by Deshoulieres in 1949 when the widow of Louis Lourioux died. Deshoulieres might just bought the factory which was in the residence of Lourioux, and probably the right to the patterns and designs. "
Each plate is white porcelain and features a different vegetable marked in French surrounded by colorful additional decorative kitchen/food items.
All the plates are in unused, new condition, high gloss, dust-free, ready for use.
Please see the pictures.
