LOVELL by Lazaro White Mermaid fit and flare dress with Rhinestone Belt

Lovell White/ Ivory Mermaid dress with Rhinestone Belt (with no missing rhinestones) Ruffle on bottom Chapel train Silk organza????? Anyone shopping for a wedding gown knows sizes are deceiving. Please check the measurements. Size is listed in dress as an 18, but it has been altered. Please look at the measurements provided. My mannequin is a size 8-10. The dress would not zip all the way up on the mannequin. Please see the pictures. The bodice at the bust has been altered and appears to be smaller than the original size. Fits like a size 6. The bottom fits like an 8. Measurements are approximate: Bust = 34" Waist = 28 - 29" Hips = 38" Length = 52.5" from the top of the bodice to the bottom of floor. The dress is absolutely GORGEOUS and appears to be in great to excellent condition on the outside. No flaws were noted. The inside will need to be cleaned and has some black marks as seen in the picture. Please let me know what questions you may have. I am happy to video the dress or take certain measurements for you.
