Hello! How does this sweater feels onnthe skin? Is the blend itchy/scratchy? Does it need something layered under?

@katya_chiu Hi, I tried it on without anything underneath and I found it a bit itchy. I think if that is something that bothers you, wearing something underneath would definitely help. Hope it helps. I’m open to reasonable offer.

@ksmith1515 Hi, here are the measurements: pit to pit 17.9 inches and shoulder to hem 18.5 inches. Is is designed for a slightly loose fit and slightly short in the body.
