New with tags. The slight "defect", is that the left shoulder retention strap was cut towards the bottom. This does not affect functionality or aesthetics.
However, you cannot fully extend the left strap all the way since the retention part was cut out. Please see last photo for a better explanation.

The tag in the picture says the dimensions are 10" high or thereabouts--is that interior dimensions? Everywhere else I've seen this bag it's almost 20" tall. Just trying to confirm size because I'm short and don't want a huge bag.
