LPA - Black cut out a-line dress size small

Very girly dress previously owned by famous Instagram account @daddyissues Violet Benson. Reposhing this item I purchased from @violetbenson. It ties in the chest and in the stomach area to help keep your cheesy up and your waist looking small. Also has cute ties at the end of each sleeve. It should fit chest size from B-DD.
