jaqui_v @leila60 the top section is open weave crocheting, so yes, you can see through it. Wear the dress ties at the bust it is about 20" across, laying flat. As the dress is loose and flowy, and there is no defined waist, I hesitate to provide a measurement there. Hope that was helpful!

jaqui_v @leila60 I believe that depends on your build! It was a bit large on me and I'm fairly small-chested, so I would tie the ribbon below my bust. I'm 5'2", about 115 lbs. On someone with larger breasts or build, I believe only the straps would show. I hope that was helpful!
