EUC. Bought new. Worn once. Clean. The colors are dark blue (looks black in the photos) and white. Smock front and back shoulder and behind the neck. The neckline was a bit too low for me so I added the extra button to the top of the placket (see last photo) Light, soft, and worn loose.
