LUELLA for Target Polkadot Strapless Dress

This dress is from the Luella Bartley line for Target in 2006. The polkadots are light pink and the dress has a drop waist with a bubble skirt. It has elastic shirring on the back so you can pull it on and off with no zipper, and gives it a more fitted look. The front side has plastic boning. There are some stains (pictured) that are likely from storage as I have not worn this dress since 2008. They are not super noticeable unless you're looking closely. This is reflected in the price.
