LUGANO Knee high Chelsea style Sneaker Boots, by Dee Ocleppo GREEN Size 40 (?)

These are a pair of LUGANO Knee high Chelsea style Sneaker Boots in Military green by designer Dee Ocleppo (aka Mrs. Tommy Hilfiger). Upper is a woven, knitted stretch material. Back and foot sides are leather. Retailed for $435. Currently in clearances online for $215- in select sized. They are in EXCELLENT condition. Clean. No wear on white bottoms. There is no damage to knit. **NOTE SIZE**: Shoes say size Euro 40- which is US 9 - 9.5. They look bigger to me, but I don't know. I measured 10-3/4 inches long (the foot) on the green part, toe to heel. 11 inches long measuring the white sole. I put the boots sole to sole with some other flat shoes and they matched size 10 to 10-1/2. BUT.....AGAIN they may be true to size EU 40 on the inside (which I can't measure because of the style)
