erinstinebaugh @klickyklecky LLR sizing chart says the small for this style is a 8-14 so I suppose it depends on how loose/snug you want the fit. As far as pairing it with a patterned legging, that is really more dependant on your comfort level. Some of us are more willing to take a risk than others. 😉😊 I'm not sure how helpful my response was. So sorry.
