LULUS sz L white eyelet tiered ruffle dress

This beautiful white mini dress screams spring. Lovely eyelet fabric with ruffle sleeves and tiered skirt. Three buttons on the back. There is a small black mark by the second button which I have identified in photos. Does not distract from dress and may come out.size large. Inside label is cut.
