Lulus dress is designed to fit tight from the waist down (the skirt area has 2 layers of material) but the top has a little pleating between the short, dolman sleeves and the extra material above the waist. The back is a deep scoop with a strip of material to keep the dress in place. Beautiful teal blue/green color. Very soft and very stretchy material. 95% rayon and 5% spandex.
