Brand new with tags from LULU’s… never ended up wearing this gorgeous vintage style blouse. Ivory shear material with an eye catching beaded and sequined detail on each shoulder. Would make an amazing holiday outfit paired with a colorful maxi skirt, or high-waisted dark denim. Size Small and measures approx. 20-21.5” in length. Bust area is meant to drape and is loose with approx. 19” measured across (when button is open).
