SeneGence was launched in 1999 with a new formulation called Lipsense. A long wearing, kiss proof, smudgeproof lipstick that molecularly bonds to your lips when applied in 3 thin coats. A gloss topcoat is required to keep the color coat in place & your lips moisturized. Color can last 4-18 hours when properly applied.
