@wyntergray Hi 👠 thank you for your interest. I will edit the listing with the Louboutin sizing guide. I used to wear a size 8-8.5 & I now wear a size 9 & these no longer fit me. They seem to run small & are snug on my foot. The ankle strap is adjustable & the closed toe is nice & will help secure your ankle and foot into the shoe. The Louboutin sizing guide says 38.5 is about an 8.5. European made shoes seem to run smaller than American made shoes.
