La Apparel Graphic Print Shirt Size Large

This top is so unique that I couldn't find anything on it. Sheer black and white striped top by LA Apparel (Los AngelesApparel maybe?). Red Lips on front, plain sheer black back. Sleeveless, high low design, no size, so I will include measurements below. Also no material tag, but extremely lightweight so my guess would be polyester or viscose. If anyone is familiar with this brand, please let me know!
