This bright colored cotton-poplin skirt features side-slit pockets. The voluminous three-tiered ruched skirt with elastic waist can be worn multiple ways. You can wear it up high as a strapless maxi dress ( it looks great belted ),or traditionally on your waist or slung low on the hips. The skirt is new without tags.
