Shimmery dark blue velvet dress with sleeves embroidered with silver patterns. V-neck but not plunging neckline. Can be dressed up or down for a formal or casual occasion. Knee length. I have found the places where the dress is embroidered to be a little itchy, if that's something you're sensitive to.
