I bought this dress brand new last year. It was originally a size 2 but I got it taken in at the bust to a size 0. I got the length hemmed as well leaving it long enough to wear a 5 inch heal with it about a centimeters from the ground. The cup sizes are C and B will work fine with a strapless push-up. No trades please.
