kittykatsimone Hey! That is a gorgeous dress! I'm very interested but I wanted to get a better idea if this dress would fit me. Was this dress altered to 5'9'' exactly? Is the dress altered for a girl 5'9'' wearing heals or flats? I am 5'5'' but I figured if I wear 4 inch heals then I could wear a dress that is 5'9''. I am a 34 inch bust and about a 25/26ish inch waist. I weigh 112 pounds. What do you think? Does it sound like this dress would fit me or not? Is the girl in the photo about the same dimensions?

kittykatsimone I had to ask because I have found the sizes are all different in every brand and even in the same brand the same size can vary dramatically. Thankyou for your help on this matter!!

townsendfamily4 @kittykatsimone thank you for your inquiry. I checked with my daughter about your concerns. She said she was a 27” waist at the time so I’m thinking it may be too big for you.

kittykatsimone Hey! I have been buying several dresses on line for this art project I am doing. I have found that in the La Femme brand, size 2 seems to be fitting very well. I was wondering what size chest your daughter was at the time? I mean the bust measurement? Was she 34 inches at her chest? I tend to be narrow on my bottom part of my body but my rib cage and shoulders are more broad so even though your daughter was a 27 inch waist I may end up fitting into the same size dress as her since I'm broader on

kittykatsimone .... top! Had to continue here since it cut me off! Also you say it was altered to fit 5'9? Was it altered to fit someone 5'9'' wearing flats or wearing heals? Because if she was wearing flats then I'd say I could fit into her dress wearing heals. I'm 5'5'', so wearing heals I could be 5'9''. But anything longer then that I wouldn't be able to do.
