La Femme, NY Vintage Rhinestone Butterfly Brooch New on Packaging Never Worn

The sleeve that the butterfly is on has some wear and tear. It is over 20 years old, and has been kept in my jewelry chest unworn. When I opened the back of the card, there were some spots on the cardboard (See photo) that could have been there the entire time. I just don't know. This red rhinestone butterfly brooch measures approximately 2" Tall by 2 1/2" wide. I bought this to wear to an event, and decided on a blue brooch instead. It has been in my jewelry chest on the card for over 20 years.
