hauteduchess the dress is quite lose on me. Im a B cup as well. The only issue would be the open back. Its all open- the bust is supportive, as it has a built in -like bra..If you're a D cup or above it probably will not fit but if you're at a C or full C cup it will. Also the dress is not tight but rather flow..very grecian Hope that helps. :)
