Hello. I am either a 2 or 4 in dresses. Does this run small or fit true to size? Anything wrong with it?

@infinitelove6 Hello. I would say it fits true to size, the hip area will be more roomy as the fabric there has some stretch. There is nothing wrong with it, I just wore it once to a wedding and will probably never wear it again.
