La Perla silk slip lined blue summer maxi dress

Gorgeous Italian made silk lined dress. Size 44 (I would say fits like a small. It is stretchy and has a slip that goes to the knees. Worn a few times, but still in excellent condition other than a handful of snags. See pictures.
