This dress is a major fashion statement! Dress has one reversible alteration: The skirt portion currently measures 44" from waistband to train. I had the seamstress add a stitch to lift the skirt at the middle tier, to shorten it without removing any material. The skirt can be let out again to its full original length if needed. Worn once. Dress has been dry-cleaned.
