Perfect for music festivals! Lacey and see-through but, there is a liner for the upper area as shown. Rainbow stripes down sides are so cute ! Great condition, they just don’t fit me sadly. I think they are Free People but don’t remember. They run small. I’m a small and they are still on the small side. Honestly I think XS is best for these.
