Hi there-
I’m 34b and I’ve worn both medium and small. I like the smaller as it gives more support BUT the seam rides up. It doesn’t bug me as I wear for the look under other tops and that seam isn’t uncomfortable and I prefer some support. So I would go smaller if you want more support and don’t mind it riding up and larger if you don’t want it riding up but don’t mind less support.
