elllesand Hello ! I had this dress in a Med but it’s too snug now around my hips. Can you tell me the measurement of the circular area that would hit around the lower hip ? I want to be sure it like fit me ok. Does it have any snags/small tears? I know it’s a very fragile dress. Thank you !
