Lace Dress w Keyhole Back

Adorable off-white cap-sleeve dress w scalloped lace pattern. Fully lined w keyhole back. From Francescas. Condition- great pre-owned condition with the exception of small rust colored stains on the left front and back shoulder area. There is two small patches of these tiny stains as seen in the photos. I only wore the dress twice and I am unclear what the stain is. I love this dress and hope it can go to a good home with someone able to remove the stain or dye it!
