Beautiful, flattering, comfortable dress, crafted with floral lace and satin ribbon details. The dress has an elastic off the shoulder neckline, elastic waist (approx. 10.5” across lying flat), tier top and a gathered skirt. It is made of a soft white material. The lace and ribbon are of synthetic material. Dress is in very good condition overall but in one small section, about 2”, the lace needs restitching. A quick easy fix. roshambogirl @howdyboy yes, posted a pic per your request! And the waist measurement (taken while lying flat) is about 11” across. The elastic is stretchy. I’m about a size 6 or 8 and it fits me.
