brookeward15 Is this form fitting? I’ve bought from boohoo before and their sizes run small. Would you say this skirt runs small/could fit a 00?

And it’s petite, so I think it’s technically a little bit smaller than like a “normal” size. :) I’ve never bought a skirt from boohoo before other than this one, so I can’t say how it would compare to other items from that brand.
