Lace and silk crinkle blouse

Not sure what to make of this top, I thought it looked really different and cool but I've never worn it. It is crinkle style. There's a tie that crosses down the back and the fabric is lace. Design has roses and cheetah print, it's like metallic looking. Originally SO expensive. No flaws, send me an offer or bundle this! :)
