This is a unique and very comfortable strapless top/mini dress. It has a silky feel and plenty of stretch. There's a waterfall of material that lays from the center applique to the hip line (top of the black) so it creates a flattering look with coverage. It can be worn at the hip for a bloufont look or stretch over the hips with leggings for more coverage. I suppose if you're gutsy you can wear it as a mini dress.
