Lace detailed handmade vintage black dress (size 2/4)

Very special piece. Never worn - have held on to it for years hoping to fit it into. Detailing on collar and in fabric are lovely. Appears to be handmade. Fits well through the waist but does not have stretch so is best for someone between sizes 2/4.
