Brand new with tags still attached. I bought this at a country peddler show. It doesn't have a designer name tag. The tag does however say Medium. I wear a 16-18 in jeans and this dress fits comfortably. The material is not tight, it has a stretch to it. The hem falls at the knee, I am 5'6. I purchased it for $54.95 + tax.
