Lace midi handmade skirt

this skirt is so special! handmade originally with great care from beautiful, lacey fabric, lined with cotton. gathered at 7 inches at intervals below waist. one of a kind! I purchased this from the farmers market in Bisbee, Arizona just a couple of years ago. If only my waist was smaller! this is a small, and I mistook it for a medium. waist is 28 inches. color is somewhat between a cream and butter yellow. Perfect country esthetic!
