Lace poncho with beautiful scallop detail

Brand-new with tags beautiful lace poncho I bought for an event that I ended up not needing it. Has beautiful scalloped bottom and tiny Victorian buttons on the back of the neck which I try taking a close above if you need any more pictures please ask
