eabrahamson376 @lpbw62 sorry for my late update! The top measures 21.5 inches across. The fabric does have some stretch but not super stretchy as it doesn’t have Lycra or elastane in it. It’s a cotton poly blend. Let me know if your interested! Thank you!!
