Lace top gown, size 16W with ruching in the middle and flowing bottom

Fully lined black formal with lace top, ruched mid section and a free flow bottom. There is a little sparkle sporadically placed to make this dress dazzle in the light! Flattering and comfortable fit! Great pre worn condition. Wore to Policeman’s ball.
