Lace up Mini Dress-NWT-S

Really cute tan, stretchy mini by Bronte features lace up inset at empire waist & along edges of bell sleeves with ties. Would look fabulous with a pair of tall brown suede boots! Tag says small, but pit to pit measurement is 19" & shoulder to hem is 35".
