Are these high waisted? Also, what sizes would M/L fit? Is the fabric stretchy?

@hayleydoyle they are mid-rise, and they have a little stretch but not much. The lace up front though allows room for you to adjust though! And the M/L will fit up to a size 10 or so. S/M fits like a 4-6
