Lace up long sleeve shirt

Brown long sleeve tee. Laced up on neck (doesn't tie and can't be removed) rubbed material. Tag says size large. Fits more like a small. NWOT. The stitching seems kind of frayed. Might be able to see it in the second photo. It was like that when I bought it and I've never worn it. Third picture is most accurate to color.
