Lace-like short-sleeve flower dress

Cute little flower power dress. It looks homemade and vintage but I can’t be sure. No mater what the case, it’s adorable! I wore a slip under it, as it’s a little sheer. MEASUREMENTS TAKEN FLAT Pit to pit- 17” Shoulder to hem- 36.5”
